Board of Directors

Harry D. Copperman
Mr. Copperman's career spans nearly 35 years of experience with leading computer manufacturers and IT companies. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Copperman was the Senior Vice President and Group Executive of the products division for Digital Equipment Corporation. He was a board member for America Online, (AOL), from 1989 to 1993, where he served on the compensation and audit committees during AOL's successful initial public offering. He also held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of JWP Information Services; President and Chief Operating Officer for Commodore Business Machines; and Vice President and General Manager of Eastern Operations for Apple Computer, Inc. Prior to that, over a 20-year period, he held a number of sales, marketing and executive management positions with IBM Corporation.

Currently Mr. Copperman also serves on the Boards of Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), Avocent Corporation (NASDAQ: AVCT) and WBT Systems. He is a past Board member of America Online, Virtacon Corporation and 800 Software.

Mr. Copperman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and served as a captain in the U.S. Army.

Mary Dridi
Ms. Dridi is an accomplished CFO who has a wide range of experience with both private and public technology companies with a focus in software and internet enterprises . Most recently she served as CFO of buySAFE, a leading trust and safety company for e-commerce. From 1998 to 2005 she was CFO, executive vice president and treasurer of webMethods, a leading provider of business integration and optimization software. She was instrumental in the growth and management of webMethods which was recognized as the strongest revenue growth software company in the U.S. from 1998 to 2002 ($0 to $200M). She also led the company’s IPO which was the most successful software IPO to date in 2000. Previously, Mary was Vice President of Finance at SRA International, a leading provider of professional services to the federal government. Mary began her career in public accounting in the audit practice of KPMG.

Mary was named CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC Technology Councils in 2002. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors of buySAFE and Visual CV and is an angel investor in Rollstream. She currently provides CFO consulting and advisory services to technology companies.

Mary has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with a concentration in Accounting from the Univeristy of Virigina’s School of Commerce.

Robert J. Farrell
Robert J. Farrell is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metastorm Inc. – a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Analysis (BPA), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) software. Mr. Farrell joined Metastorm in August 2002 to build a worldwide organization and operating plan to drive profitable revenue growth and position Metastorm as the leader in the BPM market. With over 20 years of extensive international business and technical experience, Mr. Farrell has held diverse and significant P&L responsibility in both large and small firms - traveling the globe to interact with many of the world’s largest organizations while driving and building successful business operations. As the key operating executive of several public and private companies, Mr. Farrell has been the architect and implementer of strategies that create customer, shareholder and employee value. Prior to Metastorm, Mr. Farrell was President, Americas Operations for Mercator Software, a NASDAQ listed provider of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) software where he was responsible for driving significant growth. Mr. Farrell also held executive positions at LeadingSide, Inc. (formerly Dataware Technologies), Computer Horizons Corp., SECOR International Inc., E.F. Hutton, and American Express. Mr. Farrell speaks frequently at industry events, providing his sought after opinion on market and technology direction.

Jim Simmons
Mr. Simmons is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of SunGard Availability Services, a business dedicated to keeping the world’s largest companies up and running during events such as Y2K, September 11, the Northeast power blackout, London subway bombings and Hurricane Katrina. As Chief Executive Officer and President, Jim Simmons oversaw all aspects of operations, sales and long-term strategic planning for SunGard Availability Services. Under Jim’s leadership, SunGard Availability Services grew to serve more than 10,000 clients in 14 countries on four continents. Jim was named Chief Executive Officer and President in April 1999. Soon after, he spearheaded the acquisition and integration efforts of SunGard's purchase of Comdisco's Availability Services for $850 million in late 2001, and SunGard's acquisition of Guardian iT in 2002 for $300 million. In 2005, Jim helped structure the $11.6 billion dollar transaction that made SunGard the single largest private equity buyout in the technology arena. Joining SunGard in 1993 as Senior Vice President of Sales, Jim was instrumental in driving SunGard's leadership in distributed systems and client/server business continuity offerings. In February 1998, he was chosen by the parent company to become President of SunGard Healthcare.

Prior to joining SunGard, he spent seven years at Solaris (formerly SunData, Inc.) as Vice President of their Business Recovery Services division, which was later acquired by SunGard. Jim began his career in information technology at NCR, and boasts twenty five years in the technology industry. He is highly sought after as a featured speaker and expert on information availability, appearing on CBS MarketWatch, CNBC's "Business Center" and "Power Lunch," CNNfn's "Business Unusual" and Fox News Channel's "Your World w/ Neil Cavuto." Jim graduated with honors with a BA in Economics from Furman University.

Laura Witt
Laura is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience include software and technology services companies. She currently represents ABS Capital on the boards of Cyveillance, Inc., Double-Take Software, Inc., Familymeds Group, Inc., and Rosetta Stone, Inc. She previously served on the boards of ChannelWave,Inc (later Commerce5, Inc.) and Youcentric, Inc. With over 10 years of experience investing in growth companies at ABS Capital, Laura brings a wealth of perspectives to addressing the strategic and operational issues facing high-growth companies. She has been an active investor in the software and technology services sectors, working with companies to capitalize on shifts in the competitive landscape, to build effective sales and distribution, and to seize on opportunities to further expand their product offerings. Laura has helped her companies to recruit new executives, pursue acquisitions, and plan for new product direction. Laura has also played a key role with portfolio companies in other sectors that have needed to address their technology or internet strategy to strengthen their core business.

Laura also has significant international experience, having previously worked in London and Frankfurt as a strategy consultant, working with clients on international growth opportunities. Prior to joining ABS Capital in 1997, Laura was a senior consultant at Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm advising clients on growth strategies, new technologies and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, she was a consultant with Oliver, Wyman & Company, a specialist consulting firm serving clients in the financial services industry, where she advised companies on technology, growth strategy and acquisitions. She graduated from Princeton University and received her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard H. Wolf
Mr. Wolf has been a partner of Wall Street Technology Partners LP, a New York-based technology venture capital fund since December 2000. He was previously a Managing Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, a New York-based venture capital fund. Mr. Wolf has invested in numerous venture capital, leverage buyout, mezzanine and cross-border transactions in a broad range of industries, including enterprise software, telecommunications, energy, electronic hardware, branded goods, services and basic manufacturing. Mr. Wolf is a board member of a number of other private companies, including Apriso Corporation and ReliOn. Mr. Wolf holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a JD from the University of Chicago School of Law and an SB from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Michael D. Zisman
Mike functions as a managing director at Internet Capital Group. Before retiring from IBM in 2004, Mike was vice president of corporate strategy and focused on IBM's On Demand strategy. Previous to this position, he was General Manager of Storage Software for the IBM Storage Systems Group. This position followed his post as Vice President of Emerging Business Development, reporting to the IBM Vice Chairman. Mike was also in the IBM Software Group and led IBM's entry into the knowledge management market and distributed learning market. Prior to that, Mike served as CEO of Lotus Development Corporation, shortly after Lotus was acquired by IBM. During his tenure at IBM, Mike served on the IBM Worldwide Management Council and the IBM Corporate Technology Council.

Before joining IBM, Mike was Senior Vice President of the Lotus Communications Products Group. He joined Lotus in 1994 after the Company's acquisition of Soft-Switch, Inc., a software firm that he founded in 1979 and headed until that acquisition. Prior to founding Soft-Switch, he was a member of the faculty at the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He is a trustee of Lehigh University, a member of the Philadelphia Orchestra Board of Directors , a member of the Main Line Health Board of Governors, an overseer of the Penn School of Engineering and Applied Science, and member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Lehigh. He also serves on the Boards of a number of ICG partner companies.

Mike’s education includes a BS in chemical engineering from Lehigh University and MS, systems engineering and PhD, decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
