Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MFT) Basics
After completion of this three-day course, students will have a basic understand of Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MTF) including concepts, architecture, planning and installation, operational management and monitoring, administration, creating various types of transfer requests for files and WMQ queues.

This class is intended for students who will be responsible for working in a Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) environment to support Managed File Transfer (MFT). This is an introductory level course and students in this class should posses some familiarity with networking, programming and computer fundamentals. This class assumes the student has a working knowledge of WebSphere MQ or takes the WebSphere MQ Introduction and Administration course.

The price for a public class is $1,800 per student or $12,600 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MFT) Integration
After completion of this two-day course the student will have a comprehensive understanding of the various integration points with Metastorm Integration Manager Managed File Transfer including an XML interface and writing custom exits with the XMScript programming language.

This class is intended for students who will be responsible for working in a Metastorm Integration Manager environment to support Managed File Transfer (MFT). This is an intermediate level course and students in this class should posses some familiarity with networking, programming and computer fundamentals. This class assumes the student has a working knowledge of using Metastorm Integration Manager Managed File Transfer and WebSphere MQ or takes the MIM MFT Basics and WebSphere MQ Introduction and Administration courses

The price for a public class is $1,200 per student or $10,800 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MFT) Comprehensive
After completion of this five-day course the student will have a comprehensive understanding of Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MFT) capabilities including concepts, architecture, planning and installation, operational management and monitoring, administration, creating various types of transfer requests for files and WMQ queues and the various integration points with Metastorm Integration Manager including an XML interface and writing custom exits with the XMScript programming language.

Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MFT) Technical Introduction
This one-day course provides the student with a high-level understanding of Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Managed File Transfer (MFT) capabilities including concepts, architecture, operational management and monitoring, administration, creating various types of transfer requests for files and WMQ queues.

This is a lecture only introductory level course intended for all audiences.

The price for a public class is $600 per student or $6,000 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Developer's Workshop
After completion of this three-day course the student will have a basic understanding of the tool and technologies for integrating programs and data with Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM). The major area of focus is creating custom Process Flows that can include custom programs, integration with databases and other data sources. The XMScript programming language is utilized in this course and will be introduced. Various APIs for creating status, accessing the Registry, interfacing with WebSphere MQ Queues and interacting with Databases are discussed. Development of custom Transfer Request Exits is also covered.

This class is intended for students who will be responsible for working in a Metastorm Integration Manager environment to support integration with or without Transfer Requests. This is an advanced level course and students in this class should posses some familiarity with networking, programming and computer fundamentals. This class assumes the student has a working knowledge of WebSphere MQ or takes the WebSphere MQ Introduction and Administration course and should be reasonably familiar with a programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java, Perl, Ruby or JavaScript.

The price for a public class is $1,800 per student or $12,600 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) for CICS Developer's Workshop
After completion of this five-day course the student will have a basic understanding of Metastorm Integration Manager for CICS for creating web services for integration with CICS programs and data. Students will work with COMMAREA, TSQ, WebSphere MQ and LU2 programs as well as VSAM Files and DB2 Tables via web services interfaces created using Metastorm Integration Manager for CICS.

This class is intended for technical professionals. Students in this class should have a good understanding of Networking, Architecture, Systems Analysis, Programming, Design, a basic understanding of z/OS using TSO/ISPF (or equivalent), and CICS. Furthermore students should be proficient in programming in a language such as C, C++, C#, Java, Perl, Ruby or JavaScript.

The price for a public class is $3,000 per student or $18,000 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) Introduction to Programming with XMScript
After completion of this one-day course the student will acquire an introductory level understanding of the XMScript programming language. XMScript is utilized for integration purposes in all MIM products.

This class is intended for students who will be responsible for working in a Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) environment to support integration. This is an introductory level course for students who are not familiar with programming or programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java or JavaScript. This class assumes the student has a working knowledge of using MIM and WebSphere MQ or takes the WebSphere MQ Introduction and Administration and MIM Managed File Transfer (MFT) Basics courses

The price for a public class is $600 per student or $6,000 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

WebSphere MQ Quick Start
After the completion of this one-day course, the student will acquire an overview level of knowledge of various aspects of WebSphere MQ including: Concepts, Architecture, Design and Administration. In addition, this course offers some limited hands-on experience with basic MQ Administration. The students will have an understanding of how the elements work together to provide organizations with state of the art transactional messaging solutions using WebSphere MQ.

This class is intended for anyone who is interested in learning about the concepts of messaging using WebSphere MQ.

WebSphere MQ Introduction and Administration

This class is intended for technical professionals. Students in this class should have a good understanding of Networking, Architecture, Systems Analysis, and Design.

The price for a public class is $1,200 per student or $10,800 plus expenses for a private class for up to 12 students.

WebSphere MQ Application Programming
After the completion of this three-day course, the student will have in debth programming experience using the Messaging and Queuing Interface (MQI) in the development of applications using procedural languages. Students will understand the structure and function of the MQI, as well as the options available for each call. In addition to learning the MQI, students will also be able to understand the most common messaging and queuing design modules and messaging characteristics. The labs for this course are developed in the C Programming Language on Windows.

This class is intended for technical professionals. Students in this class should have experience in developing applications with the C Programming Language. Students will also need a basic understanding of WebSphere MQ structures and concepts before attending this course. Such an understanding can be obtained from successfully completing the WebSphere MQ Overview course.

WebSphere MQ Comprehensive Workshop
After the completion of this five-day course, the student will have an in depth knowledge of WebSphere MQ including: Installation, Configuration, Administration, Backup and Recovery, Architecture, Design and Programming using the WebSphere MQ MQI. The students will have an understanding of how the elements work together to provide organizations with state of the art transactional messaging solutions using WebSphere MQ.

This class is intended for technical professionals. Students in this class should have a good understanding of Networking, Architecture, Systems Analysis, Design and Computer Programming.
